Do you use any perlite or vermiculite to aerate the coco for the veggies or do the take well to straight coco?

    Thanks again

Hello stirl, no I don't bother with any extras like perlite etc. Most plants take well to coco. It has excellent aeration and drainage straight from the bag. The air pots also help a lot

Hey Hobbit, alls going ok not a great deal to report as the weathers been hit a miss at the moment. Cold nights are having an effect on the root temps but we're nearing nice weather now I hope.

Here's a few pics I have to hand

The turnips have shot up since the last update but soon became a feeding ground for a few pests. They've had a good soaking of pest spray which soon sorted the problem.

The coco chilli's have finally started new growth. There's plenty of roots into the coco. So should be ready for take off soon.

    As for the rest

I think there long over due a repot don't you

Hopefully get everything sorted in a day or two and start them all on ecothrive microbe teas. Update and plenty of pics to follow

Everything's looking lovely and healthy brother,
Hope your keeping up the ipm mate.
Should be getting a motor real soon which will open up another part of my gardening dreams so to say and I managed to get the whole back part of my sisters garden which will give me 2 nice hugulkultur beds and a compost pile.

Already filled loads of it with Barley straw lol

It'll sure be nice knowing I can avoid a grow shop and eventually a supermarket if I can help it that's for sure.
    Blessings brother

Thanks jack, outdoor gardening is as easy as you make it. I'm sure with the extra time on your hands, a bag off good soil and plenty of sun will give you good results this time around

Hello brother the imp is now in full control. Those critters loved the turnips but have now realised I take no prisoners and moved on lol.

Sounds like your all set ready to get things into action Redz. The extra space at your sisters sounds great that sure will come in handy ey mate.

Looking forward to seeing what you make of it
