    Default Flushing frets?

    Hey folks,

I've been searching the forum and can't find a sticky on proper flushing procedure.

I've always ph' d plain water for a week and then non ph'd water for last 2 days in the dark.

    What are your thoughts?

Have I missed a thread on the topic?

I always use ph'd water, since my well water runs round 8.5. The cleaner the water the better, IMHO.

And you can let the plant tell you when it is done. When your fan leaves are yellowing and self-pruning, you are on the right track as the plant moves nitrogen around to support its final gasp..
