Hello world, can you help me with my grow?

So I'm 20 days into flowering my first grow, after vegging for 2 months. I'm growing Blue OG in multipurpose compost in a 3L air-pot.
I've got a couple of photos that I wondered if they were symptoms of something wrong, or just normal senescance for a grow.
One is of a dead bit in a claw leaf, perhaps tip burn from heat
The second is the tips of leaves below the top of the canopy going brown / crispy - perhaps a problem with airflow or a nutrient deficecy? There's a computer fan at the bottom and top of the wardrobe, i removed the one blowing directly over them as I thought it was vibrating the plant too much

A single pic of a leaf & you have some sort of compost in a 3L airpot is all we have to work on.... a bit more info would help!

That from the resolution it's in looks just like the problem / accident I had.
If it's only in the one place. I splashed water on the leaf while top watering and the lights heated the water and boiled the leaf
