It blows air out, but it is not hot as far as I can tell. It is pretty much ambient however now that you mentioned it I will stick a probe over the airflow outlet. Not seeing any change to tent temps at all.

Some pens (even of the same make/model) need calibrating more often....

I'm kinda lucky, my drift is about +0.1 (PH) a month, yet I know others that get a 0.3 drift a week to 10 days

You'll soon get the hang of how often you need to calibrate But in the meantime, at least weekly should be your goal as it's a total bitch if the pen does drift & you haven't realised

I use the BlueLabs kit and have not seen any drift as yet. But will do it again, not keen to fuck up this grow at such a late stage. So rather safe than sorry.

Quality buffer/sokution manufacturers ,will post a scale of temperature differentials , a slight drop of say 20deg c to 18 deg C can mean a .5 change on ph scale , and a .2-.3 drop on the ec meter for example . Im sure alot of peeps are having troubles with this and cant figure the problem out .

Some ph meters hwve to be calibrated 2x with 4ph and a 7 ph buffer ,while most are 7ph .

My ec meter requires me to hwve a solution @25deg to give out an accurate 1413ms/sqcm(microsemen per sq centimeter ) witch equals 1.413ec at 25 C, at 20C it drops to like 1.100ec and @30 its like 2.0ec

Someone should drop a sticky thread on this stuff as im sure most hydroponic problems can be directly related to this . Im getting ready and lining my ducks up for my Journal ,thats why im not online much these past few days .

    Sneaky extra update.

Had the day off yesterday and needed to sort the tent out. Had two plants in there that were too big for the tent so removed them and re-arranged the deck chairs. What that means is I can now see my girls better and they should get better light coverage too.

Here is #1 Durban Poison girl. Lots of lovely cola's which are continuing to fatten up.

Some lovely close up high res images of the buds.

You will notice a bit of leaf curl or canoeing, the fan was blowing directly onto the leaves and I had not way of shifting the direction due to the tent being too full. Now that I have moved two plants out I hope to get in there tonight and raise the fan or find some way to get it oscillating again.

    Main cola looking lovely

The biggest or fattest cola's are those on the sides for some reason. And there is very little difference in height between the tips so maybe the FIM worked after all.

This is the THC Auto Bomb. She is really starting to pack on some weight now. Compared to the plant I grew for Pepsi challenge she is a monster.

And last but not least is Durban Poison #2 She is taller than her elder sister and showing the exact same cola patter and development. Dutch Passion strains seem very consistent.

Photo's were taken during lights off and they are not nearly as dark green as they look here. That being said I have dialled back the feed a fair amount. Just in case, not keen to repeat the last error I made.

Right that is all for now. I have a list of things I need to do in the tent and just need to try and find the time to get them done.

Thanks for stopping and having a look.

I certainly hope so. The tent is filled with the most wonderful resinous smell. Not that stink of diesel I had with some of my plants last time. Lovely and fresh.

Love Durban Poison Trex, was the first weed I smoked back in the 70's - The THC Auto Bomb is bloody tall for my tent. Smells lovely too.

A stink of diesel?? Was that just the strain or was it something else?

One of the plants I grew had a very strong smell of diesel. It was hectic. Now cured and dried it is such a good smoke, so smooth and puts you flat.
