Should be an interesting season, I've just read an article where Hamilton has said that he believes Ferrari will win the constructors championship after a good round in testing where they matched the Mercedes team and everybody says they are constantly improving. At the prices I'm happy to risk going with Ferrari. After reading the article if Ferrari are favourites then vettel must be a good shout For the drivers championship. I like Hamilton's team mate Valterri Bottas, he's been quicker than Hamilton recently but I'm not sure how much of that is down to the problems with hamiltons car.

F1 was far better and more interesting in the 70's.

Even the drivers these days are boring. We need more people like James Hunt around.

I used to live near Barry Sheen as a kid, another playboy and lively character. My father used to work with Dave Taylor motorcyclist, and used to bring home photos of him doing wheelies.

Back on topic... Who can forget Murray Walker? It was never the same when he left.

i agree about the 70's but would also put the 80's in there. Football was better, rugby was better even tennis was better. The 70's and 80's were golden decades for all sports probably due to everybody being drunk all the time. All the best personalities played in this era... George Best, John McEnroe, Ian Botham, lestor piggot, Jackie Stewart et al.
