Whilst out of your price range (from what you say above) You should be looking at a Mars Hydro II 900w (or the equivalent from a different manufacturer) for flowering.

The unit that you have seems fine for veg though (your plants seem happy enough with it )

I'm not an LED grower so can't really offer much more advice on them

I don't understand all this 'true Watt' stuff either. So no idea what I'm looking for, what's going to con me or what. lol.

How much bud development do you want after 2 weeks & 3 days? Flowering is usually only just starting then

If you want a reccomendation for another light to go along side, then I would say a Budmaster XG-1. That is within your range (£100 - £120) & covers 40cm x 40cm. It has better penetration than a 600w HPS too.

Or a duel spec CFL (about £40) & a hood for it should both come in well under budget.

Not a matter of how much I want, more a matter of being able to tell all is not right. And I'm noticing :P I was considering a cfl for each plant. Problem is I don't want too many sockets and extensions coming out of one single plug socket. I know they're low watt but it creates more fire points having so many plugs. The LED specs I've put up is for a light costing £133. Just above my price limit but I'll pull strings.
