Grow room htr

Can anybody recommend a heater as I'm unsure what to buy and how to position.
Ideally the htr must be powerful enough to satisfy a space of 120x120x180
I will be up grading my room with the addition of an eco tech (money permitting) so the htr needs to be fully compatible.
Temps are 16-26 so I need something to raise the temps slightly.

Grow autos on 24/0, no heater needed

HA Yes joking aside though is it common place for people to grow the auto in the colder months?
As I turned my veg 24 hrs a couple of months ago to maintain a constant 24 nearly as warm as 2 315 cdm

I try not to grow in summer & prefer the colder weather for my autos, I find it better for the temps... Ideally I have enough so I don't have to worry about a summer grow (but it doesn't always work like that!)

Can't really advise about a heater as I've never had to use one.... this year I got close, but I think I have a work around that I can employ in the future (famous last words...!)

You can get a tube heater a foot or 2 long I lay it on the floor and put it on a timer for lights off. It will keep a 1.2 x 2.4 warm in the middle of winter. And they're cheap
