This may be because you have the under 18 thingy set by your service providor, so if your using service internet it blocks everything for over 18's only... try looking at porn without wifi, if you cant then your mobile company blocks over 18 content. this was the same as me and i just went into vodafone and asked then to remove it and they did it in 5 mins...

I have looked at it, good for the job? Does it get really hot? A mate had a 400w one and had to put it on a brick as it got so hot lol

Always put ballasts outside your tent (especially mag ballasts) and on a non combustable surface as mag ballast do get v.hot.
I have mine on floor tilles..

Thanks, al maybe just use a brick like my mate then lol. Ad defo keep it out the tent, the heat the things put out wouldn't be to clever to have inside lol
