First ever grow

My first ever grow, currently on day 40 (since I switched to 12/12).

3 Kush clones in Canna soil, vegged for 8 weeks.
Veg nutes were FloraNova Grow aiming topping PPM @ 900 in the later weeks.
Veg light was 600w HPS, 18/6.

Switched to flower and continued to use the 600w HPS on 12/12 and FloraNova Grow for 3 weeks along with Big Bud.
Week 3 of flower, stopped Flora Nova grow and continued with Big Bud and Bud XL.
Lollipoped at the end of week 3, 12 Monsters also taken.
I plan to start using Overdrive this week and will run it for the next two weeks.
I have really struggled getting the PPM up (I wanted to aim for at least 1000PPM by this stage), but following the mixing ratios on the bottles my PPM is currently finishing at around 500PPM. The FloraNova Grow really bumped my PPM up, but my flowering nutes don't seem to be doing it.

Apparently this is a 10 week strain, so about 4 weeks to go.
I will stop the nutrients in two weeks time and finish the cycle off with pure water (PH'd) for the final two weeks.

My first ever grow and first ever thread, so just wondered what people were thinking!
Any advise / feedback appreciated. We are always learning.
