    Hello,

I have found a good deal for this light. Has anybody got any experience or knowledge about this light? I know it is not a decent unit but will it work for a hobbyist and are these
better than those smd double watts and should I choose these instead of a 300 watt cfl? I plan to use it in flowering for 2 to 4 plants in a 100x100x180 tent. Thank you for your help.

I have ordered 1200 watt version just today, after a tiny bit more discount. Free shipping was also nice.
It may be a total trash, but I found a few youtube videos of people using it and saying it is ok. We will see, and I will surely review it in my grow diary.

How many watts is the so-called '1200w' version?
I think they will work better than the old Mars type clones.
My friend is growing with the old type (individual LEDs panel) and is getting very nice results per watt.

These ones should be even better.
If the price is around the $100 range I think it's a good deal.

Advertized as "just consumes about 250W-270W power"
However I have no watt meter currently and don't know if it is real

    Ok, so it's a 250W light, not a 1200W light

I find it all a bit confusing with led.

Surely the wattage is the wattage. The amount it draws? Why do they inflate the wattage? Surely not to con people as that seems daft long term.

I've seen some immense grows under cobs but not taken the plunge yet. The big setups are still quite expensive.

    I'd want to run a true 500 - 600 watts still in a 1.2 tent if I could.
