I'd go on the hungry side of things, seams to low to me, i'd do what M_C said up to 3ml and see how they go before going to 4ml..

I'd give her a dose of grow Nutes as that looks like nitrogen def to be buddy.

Only thing is plants aren't too keen on extra nitrogen uptake during flower so it may be hard to get rid of.

Extra N in the feed will surely help though.

Thanks for your help guys, I think I'm gunna try and get away with a feed tomorrow morning I'll see how they go next few weeks lol hopefully they'll pick back up

Bear in mind that the yellow leaves won't go green again but newer growth will stay green with upping the feed. Don't overdo the feed. it'll take around 3 days feeding before you see how the plant reacts. You could give them a single feeding with grow nutes to get a bit extra N then keep feeding with the bloom nutes for the rest of the grow.
