    Talking Germing outdoor Autos, March!

Anyone out there know a lot about autos ?

I want to germ some autos outside now, next week maybe.

I have some pots on a plot with soil conditioner mulch 50/50 with local clay soil PH 5.0, added sand, perlite, lime, kelp meal, potash and.... iron sulphate? it should be ok soil.

I'm just wondering should I dig a hole in the soil in the pots and fill that with seed sowing compost to start the seeds off in a little patch of seed sowing compost inside the pots outside, so they don't switch pots but get seed compost to begin with ??

Anyone who knows seed sprouting autos and what soil they like, I think I've heard the ruderalis is more tolerant of poor soil, how much that relates to starting in a pot outdoors in march with clay/mulch inside....

Anyone who knows, read this post, and please let me know too.

    Thanks !!

How does it work? Do they prefer the starting soil ??

I reckon dig a little space and put sowing compost in... next time the weather system begins a sunny week, end of next week 1st of April.

I can put prop lids over the seed site too.... go go go go go go go go

I've only ever grown outdoors in pots, and used B&Q Verve multipurpose compost.

I had mine in a plastic greenhouse

Any compost will be fine heebs
I go straight into verve normal stuff.
Or if your worried jus put half a coke bottle
Upside down fill pot with normal compost
Around it,get it firm then take the bottle
Out and fill the hole with seed compost : )
Did it with one of my early grows.

Weather is right in southern and south Weston USA, Spring has sprung at 5:30AM this morning, So, now would be a good time to start putting your plants outside to grow.
