    Default Knarled up leaves help!

As you can see my plants are not looking happy, have not encountered this before HELP! It's just the new growth affected.

    Purple bud fem
    5 weeks from seed
    Started in seedling/cutting compost
Potted up 2 weeks ago into cana terra pro
1st feed of old timers veg given at 5ml in 2liters of tap water.
    Growing under Mars 300w LEDs
    Humidity unknown.
Temps 18-20 celcius Day 10oc night.
Treated 1 week ago for greenfly with mild dish soap solution, rinsed after 2 mins, no further greenfly spotted.
Had a previous major cock up as lights were set to 12/12 from seed by accident, set to 18/6 5 days ago.
LST done 48 hours ago by bending main stem over carefully, no damaged caused.

Anyone know what it is and what I do? I have epsom salts at the ready if needed.

    Thanks in advance

    She's hot, hot, hot

A flush of 2x the pot size would help here

Been loving the warmer, sunny weather. Now that my gardens been sorted out and have privacy I've been bringing my 2x plants out in the garden to "sunbathe" with me as they are under the lights at those times anyway. Just have to be aware of pests obviously but the benefits of real sunlight are worth the risk. I'll be carefull of temps though and not let them fry if/when we get a heatwave
