Some advice please

Hello THC members,

Situation, I have a tent 80x80x180. The attic space that I have is only 150 high so I have had to modify my tent and have reduced it to fit, problem is that the vent holes that was at the bottom of the tent are now useless because they are now under the tent. I still have 2 holes one on top and one on the side. Will I need to modify the tent again to put intake/outake hole at the bottom of the tent to aid in airflow?

I have got everything that I need to do my first grow but just want to double check everything to hopefully have a successful first grow.

Thing is is that heat rises.... So in a attic especially, you want to draw in cool air. Now, any passive air vent is better then none, however have you considered bringing in some cool air from so somewhere else. Most likely your tent will have round holes which are made for tubing for air intake or output. A small circular fan will only run you >10$ and will provide you with lots of air. A thing of air ducting tubing is under 10$ and you can get a thing of 30 ft for that price. This way you can pull air from anywhere or atleast direct the air to the bottom of the tent. Main thing is you want negative pressure throughout the tent not positive.

What I was thinking of doing is wiring up 4x 140m pc fans around the base to draw air in. the fans have a max CFM of 76.5, thinking the size of the tent this should be enough.
