You would be better off with 30% perlite in your soil too when you repot.

And let them dry out between watering. You don't want seedlings in waterlogged soil. They will just struggle to root.

They are in coco mate, would it still be worth using perlite? Not actually mixed it with coco before only 1cm layer at bottom of pot to help drainage but it actually compressed into like a slab at the bottom of the pot lol thanks for all the advice mate Ill do my best with them

Me and the water again haha naa didnt think so, ive got a diary on the go pop over dude as you can see only just on the start line but should only get better (i hope) lol
