    Default Questions for Auto pro's

Righto chaps, I have some questions regarding autos.

    1) how many ideally under 2 400w cooltubes hps
    2) ideal lighting hours
    3) ideal pot size (soil)
    4) to save energy I wanted to start under 125w cfl's before moving to the hps. Acceptable??
    5) toppability , or small amounts of lst?

Im sure i had more but that's a start.

    Cheers chaps

    1) how many ideally under 2 400w cooltubes hps Always think a minimum of 100w per plant
    2) ideal lighting hours I run 21/3, but anything from 18/6 is acceptable
    3) ideal pot size (soil) 10L is a good size
    4) to save energy I wanted to start under 125w cfl's before moving to the hps. Acceptable?? It'll reduce your yields...
    5) toppability , or small amounts of lst? Yes, toppable but use LST if it's your first time with autos

Im sure i had more but that's a start.

Im trying to do my best on saving leccy or the mrs will end up pulling the plug reckon, at the moment I use a 300wcfl for vegging the photos with a 750w oil heater. So I can scrap that straight away, making a decent saving.
The main room like I say has the 2 400's in. So I guess the next question is what would be my best route to optimal leccy savings and optimal bud haha I know I can't have my cake and eat it , but I want to get as close.as.poss!

    You have 2x 400w lights & 1x 750w heater...

Do the smart thing & run the lights 24/0 & dump the heater

Optimal, when we talk about autos, is the final weight of the harvest rather than just the energy usage...
