Did u get a digi or mag ballast?
Get a 600W dimmable and use a 400W bulb... then if you upgrade in the future you only need a 600W bulb instead of a complete new ballast

Says it's magnetic, can't afford one of the bigger dimmable ones just now, HD to just go with a entry level one, it will have to do for now. I won't be upgrading 😂 I just want to grow enough for me and I'm hoping this will do that, 1 plant at a time in my wardrobe will do 😂

It's cash I didn't really want to spend but it seems pointless to have spent what I have already and not get the best out of her.

As soon as it arrives il get it set up and see what happens 😮

Thanks for the support everyone, appreciate it a lot.

    Well that wasn't stressful......... at all.......not 🤔

I'm Scottish, I'm pretty sure I got sunburn from that bulb. My poor unprepared eyes 😂

Was monitoring temps 🤓 for forever, one each side canopy, and one in soil.

Left kept cooler, the bulb is closer to one side, I set the small fan blowing across the hottest area, helped a but but still too high on the right below the bulb.

That heat freaked me out, I checked the soil and it was slightly damp but Iv seen it turn bone dry and droop overnight even with cfl, so I gave her another couple Ltr water.

Peeked in this morning in dark, couldn't see much but didn't like the glimpse I got, she looked badly droopy, had to go to work so I asumed she was thirsty amd gave her a slug of water and went to work.

Stressed all day. Googled and searched.

Sounded more like overwatered than burns 🤔

After work once lights on I got started, she didn't look bad, just slight drooping.

Carried on with my plan of action, took her completely out for the first time since seed.

Pot was not heavy but wasn't dry either, soil damp not wet. No bad smells, nice looking roots poking out the fabric on the bottom, nothing slimy.

Tidied up my LST'ng while I had room to work.

Back in the tent she goes

Tents still showing higher temp on one side 32c 33c

    Soil temp

    Tent top temp

Working to make temps lower, mission impossible 😂

Nothing wrong with being Scottish, some of best growers on this forum come from Scotland

Temps are governed by ventilation & ambient intake temp. If you let us know about them then we can possibly sort it for you
