Cal-Mag.... And p.h control

Good evening all. Just a quick question so I had the start of a DEf.... After some advice of the good people of this forum I was told I need to get CAL-MAG which I ordered that nite. So it turned up Monday morning could not use it the day it turned up because of family problems so today I give the girls there 1st dose with a spray bottle. I'm just wondering how often I use it. Shall I use it daily or every other day I really don't want to over does them lol.

Then we come to my last question so my water comes out the tap at 7.8 on the P.H pen so I then lower it to a round 5.7 but in less then 12 hours it will go bk up to 6.2. So my question is can I lower the P.H to 5.5 then let it rise bk up to 6.1? Take today for instance every time I've checked on the girls the P.H is bk up to 6.1 ish I then lower it bk to 5.8. The res is changed every week with out fail to say that I does a deep clean on every thing that is in my room and as I'm using an iws it takes a few hours stripping it all down but needs must.

Spray once at around 3 weeks old and again 2 weeks after flipping.
But tbh if your in water you shouldn't really need to coz as you
Mention you should be letting the ph swing so the plants should get all they need
But mostly it's used as a preventative measure so no harm in you using it.

1ml per litre dose

That is what I tend to do, I find that with a swing of the Ph I get all bases covered for optimal absorption.

5.5 is good mate I normally aim about there and it rises to around 6.1-6.2.
