    Default Jiffy Pellet Question.

After germinating my seeds using the paper towel method, i then place them into a jiffy pellet. Normally i soak my jiffy pellets in ph'd water and nothing else. Should i be using any additives like rhizotonic??

    cheers

When I use the jiffy pellets I like to mix up some Rhizo and Greatwhite Shark powder in a shallow bowl. Place the pellets in the bowl let them soak for a while. Give the pellets a small squeeze to get the excess water off and bang ready for the seed.

Rhizo I use in all my grows pretty much right up to first week or true flower.

You can sprinkle a small amount in the hole at each time you pot up
And you can use it in feed so you can add it to water.1-2 times a week.

I tried the verve jiffy pellets the medium is slightly course in comparison to what I've brought in the past but I have to say they expand well and keep a good shape. Anybody else tried these?

Iv never used ph water to soak jiffies in the past just let it sit to get rid of the chlorine. Root riots are ok aswell just watch for them drying out fast.
