Default One of my plants is a right freaky bitch. (Bud Mutation)

Ok so I'm growing 4 Cali Orange, didn't come close to getting an even cannopy, one is tall, one is short and the other two are similar size in the middle. It's one of these middle plants which is behaving strangely.

Now they had a problem around flip time, my LEDs weren't strong enough to trigger flowering, by two weeks following the flip they were under HPS 600w and I've been happy with their catch up.

So before we get on to the freak, lets do the details

    Soil or hydro or coco:Coco
plant age:Coming to the end of week 6 since flip following a 5 week veg
    pot size: 10l pots
has it been repotted? and when? Early veg.
    soil type: N/A
nutes or additives used and how often for soil: N/A
    Air temps (max min):30c-22c
Res temps (max min) N/A(room temp feed)
    humidity:43%-50%
lighting type (hps, led, cfl) HPS 600w
    ph level: 6.0
EC (hydro and coco only)1.0 (1,3 including background)
Background EC. 0.3 currently, checked before every feed.
feed schedule and nutes (for hydro and coco)
    Current Feeding as follows

One feed a week contains rhizo and cal mag at a ph of 5.8

Now all these plants get treated the same, same conditions , same feed stength, all pots have been raised accordingly to even out tha canopy and got plenty of frosty buds developing away. Except for one. It seems weeks behind in trich production of the others, though the frost is forming.

These first two are that stage of the normal three, and this is the stage of the plant in question

The leaves aren't normal with this plant, there's finger variation across the plant.

Can't show it in a pic but pistils seem to be holding a lot more moisture than her sisters but that's could just be because it's behind though I don't remember the others being so moist. I'm worried it's a problem which could develop into mold so keeping a close eye on it.

No for the freeky bit. In about half a dozen places on the plant there's buds growing on stems of the fans leaves, that's right.

Some I've left, some I've removed the leaf back to the bud to see if grows a mini cola.

So what do you reckon? It's mental. But mostly I want to know is she could be a danger to me other girls. It's so different. As though it's another strain.

I must add. the Feed ec on my feeding chart are stronger than they're getting as they haven't seemed ready to be pushed.

EC (hydro and coco only)1.0 (1,3 including background)

Is this a grow from seed, or were clones used?

So it's different from the others because they're from seed so all differ slightly and prone to (evolve in their own direction), where as a clone is taken from the same mother so will behave more uniform to it's sisters?
