New indoor grower. Need advice

Hello everyone. I really want to do an indoor grow. I have a really good space where our boiler used to be where no light can get to. I'm doing an outdoor grow but would like to do a few autos indoors. I would like it to be as cheap as possible on the electric so will Ben using 1 off the power saving bulbs.. CFL I think. Now I don't have a clue what I need to buy for this and would really appreciate the feedback. I have 100 to spend on equipment lol.. if that's enough.. advice on setting the place up would be welcome also!!!

You may want to consider saving abit more for decent equipment, iv flowerd under cfl and the returns arnt worth the outlay in my opinion. I dont know your space but heres what i would buy with doing things on the cheapish.

1 x lumatek dimable ballest (can use a bigger bulb if you upgrade your setup) use 250w hps if you want to keep costs low.
1x cooltube
1x rvk and duct
1x rhino pro filter
Paimt the walls white.
Youll also need pots, medium and nutrients.

Could I veg on a CFL and then bud on a hos? How would I keep temp down in a hps. I have 2 places I can grow in.. an indoor cupboard or a wardrobe. Il get pictures up.. plenty off space in each
