Thats decent sized, 8-12 ounce plants done on a 4 week veg.
These were in 60 or 84 litre totes with big air pump for the stones and spray bars from a big water pump.
I watched the demo vid of your system, and i reckon if you have any spare air pumps, then get them in there. more the merrier, up to a point (DO saturation point that is)
Just a question ... why is it better to grow a photo compared to an auto in rdwc if most veg period only last about 4-5 weeks because of the rapid growth why not just grow autos the whole time in rdwc?

Much longer than 4 to 5 weeks and you'll have absolute monsters that won't be suitable indoors?

    Just curious.

Some if the cheap systems you can buy just aren't up to the job. Silly really as I've no idea how they expect repeat custom.

try flushing the system with bleached water for 24 hours.
skim as much of that mouldy shit off as you can before you empty the system

then rinse it out and re-fill it, and see how they go.

if all else fails you could break out your NFT

well, my take on it is purely financial, if im honest. i dont like paying a fortune on electric, and could grow bigger better photoperiod plants in rdwc with a 4 week veg, and after that point, when i flipped the lights to 12/12 i would be paying 1/3rd less for electric cos they would be on 12 hrs lighting compared to 18-20 if they were autos
Autos are ok if you are in a hurry, but i preffer photo plants, and i also noticed autos take at least a week more to go into flower when grown in rdwc, compared to coco or soil.

Aye... now my nutradip tri meter is acting strange... reads fine in the buckets... in the flesh tank says ec is 5.5 and ph is 1.... I'm really not having much luck lmfao.
It's on full recirc now tho and it defo makes a difference. Also been adding max dose of h2o2 daily till I'm sure the mould has gone

Been dosing with pythoff and h2o2 daily and gave the full system a big clean 5 days ago and guess what..... no more mould! Plants have suffered a bit I think, few yellowing leaves etc but there's masses of new bright white root growth pretty sure it was the onset of root rot I was experiencing
