Default Some Droop after switching to more intense LED?

I just switched up from x2 45w dual spectrum panels (about 4500 lum) supplemented with some 6400k CFL to...
an 11 band 300W LED (in veg mode pulling about 100w +/- at the wall)

The plants are drooping some. I'm hoping they will "harden off" and I'm giving them 72 hours to adjust.
This is nerve wracking though. I can't afford to lose these plants and they have been healthy up to this point.
Here are some pics... will I be ok? Will I die?

You won't die for sure.. so are the plants mate. They just look a bit sad. When have you watered them last? That's how my plants look like when they need watering..
18 inches from the plants ..that can vary. Check with manufacture recommendations.

The plants are in a "dryer" medium (FF ocean blend w/added perlite and some lava rocks @ bottom for drainage) and they got fully watered 3 days ago. I spray them with water daily and even use some seaweed solution, as a foliar spray, for stress management. the soil is not wet but barely moist. They are due for a full watering with plain RO water in 24 hours.

I did give a nice full watering and upon further inspection I discovered that the cotyledon leaves and the first set of single bladed true leaves have turned yellow (they are buried under the other leaves and are not getting much light). I will post pics in a couple hours to see if the plants perk from the watering.

I'm not sure, but I think they are improving 10%... I'm optimistic. I couldn't get clear shots of the yellowing cotyledon leaves but they were pretty burnt looking. I'm thinking that is a natural maturation process though. These guys are 45 days in and just clearing 7 inches. I'm hoping to get more growth using the different light. They are going to sleep now for 6 hours.

One last set of pics to show how they have responded in the short term... Also I wanted to show that yellowing 1st set of true leaves (just after the Cotyledon leaves).

Turns out all three were severely rootbound and needed transplanting. It was drooping daily due to the fact that she was drinking up all her water in a small pot. I was having trouble diagnosing because I use extremely mild foliar spraying a lot in veg and they were just not consistently showing because I would come in and perk them up with a misting. The dying lower leaves were a spurious symptom that can be related to a host of deficiencies, overwatering, underwatering, ect. ect. ect.

The takeaway I think is that the lower leaves can be a very first indicator of many problems. Also, know when you are rootbound.
