Hmm ok they are in soil that feeds up to 3 months and I use espoma organic nutrients what can I buy in a quick fix from home depot to feed right?

It'll be augmented soil, fine for the hanging baskets but not so fine for cannabis

Ya I thought 3 months was long too but the soil is full of petite, however I have used diatamaceous earth food grade to keep bugs out, probably what makes the top look that way but anyhow I'll see if I can find a stronger feed and see if it helps

Ok lol well too late now they are autos don't wanna transplant so I'll see them through and get better soil next time lol. Probably will be a tiny yield ha, thnx tho I'll switch it up next time and just baby them and experiment with diff food I guess

lack of aeration man , and that soil looks like compacted cement . work some compost nd perlite in with you fingers aaround it and introduce , and looks hungry as hell ,
