Thats not a spider mite... too big
Some sort of aphid... maybe a juvenile rose aphid or potato aphid.

There are pink aphids now. Had some on my chillies last year.

    Looks like one to me.

Kill it keep a eye out and I would look into ipm if there's signs of youngsters.
Sticky pads are a must in any groom in my opinion,
    I'm thinking aphid?
Trying to confirm with a friend I haven't seen anything like it lol. Redz

Ah man I get confused with the fuckers, the problem is they all come in different colours too, I can spot my beneficial mites a mile away I would of never spotted the bad fuckers unless my mate noticed it first then I got a little idea what I'm looking for.

There all fuckers to get rid of when they get out of control like that and shame on me for allowing it tbh, more attention to detail in original soil mix and stick to the ipm plan and problems like this need never arise.

If anyone's interested I've got a great ipm plan/system that I can email you it's got other great information worth reading, it's only 13 pages long with big writing don't get scared lol

^^^^^^^^^^^^^^ thanks for all them answers fellas. im still in jiffy plugs yet, how do things like that end up on a plant so quick? i squished the fker on kitchen roll and it made a fair little stain for a little thing. im gonna keep a close eye on em next few days and if I see anymore I'll bin em and sterilise my tent, don't like the thought of having bugs about i get fkin itchy

No need to sterilise for aphids mate, a manual wash down & good checking will be enough. They're not a dreaded thing but you still don't want them in your plants, disgusting fuckers.
It's either stowed away in your soil or been tracked in from outside, it's no big deal unless you start seeing more; with just this one keep your eyes peeled now you know there's a possibility it could have come in with the soil.

    _______

Put up some pest control stuff, window stickers - the ribbon type things that hang from the ceiling, tape around the edges of your brow space.
I see you've said bugs make you itch otherwise I'd suggest predator non threatening for you type bugs. House spiders and ladybugs and such are your friends.
