Default Are things on track? Watering too much?

Hello all, got my second grow on the go, the first in a couple of years.
I've got 10 ladies in 20L airpots in coco. It's been two weeks since the popped from seed, was just wondering if they look Ok to you for this stage of growth? I thought the leaves look slightly light green / lime green coloured.
I've been watering them around 1L each every other day. Can anyone tell me
If this is too much? I've not had any run off from the pots yet, but have been told I'm looking for 20% run off each time I water. Before watering the coco dries out slightly on the top but is a darker colour underneath.
Will get a diary on the go, but basics are
5 X 600w dimmable with parabolic reflectors ( currently at 250w because of heat )
4 X Girl Scout cookies Auto( OG x Durban ) fast buds
4 X Wappa Auto Dutch passion
    2 X sour diesel Auto ( dinafem )
10" geko acoustic box and rhino pro out
    6" ruck in
20L airpots in coco sat on RTA stands to drain away.
    Canna nutes

Currently on PH 5.8 and EC 0.7 of coco A+B and rhizo

Only my second grow so any tips at this stage would be appreciated!
    Cheers 

You need run off every time mate... otherwise you are heading to trouble

Keep adding more water/feed mix until you get run off

Thanks for the reply mate. Due for a watering tomorrow so will keep going until I get some run off. I think with the size of the 20L pots it could take a couple of litres. Is it better to water more less often then, for example 2L i get some run off, and then maybe again 3 or more days later when it starts to dry out? Cheers

In coco, it is best practice to water every day & have run off. Coco is different to soil....

Hey M_C, would you advise giving coco clean water every other feed?

Hi mate there's no need to flush coco with clean water. The run off flushes out any leftover nutrients, that's why you do it everyday. Do not worry about overwatering with coco.

Hi mate, I'm not worried about over watering as such but I have been advised to give clean water every other day but if there is no need then that would slow down growth right?

Yeah as the clean water is just gonna flush out any nutes in there, leaving them with no food until you feed them again the next day.

If you have an EC pen you can monitor how much your plants are feeding so closely that a fresh water flush is rarely needed as there is never an over abundance of the nutes.

The only time I flush in coco is when changing from veg to flower nutrients, the standard flush before chopping and if there are ever any deficiencies/problems.

Cheers mate, this was helpful. I will bin off the clean water until I need to flush then.
