Default Air pots v fabric pots

Can you give me your experiences with either and does it really matter which I go with?

I'd go air pots over fabric pots simply because i dont like the thought of the fabric pots being damp permanently.. People also get results with fabric pots, each to their own i suppose.

I haven't used the fabric pots but the plastic airpots get my vote.. I'm sure the fabric pots work just as well but the roots grow into the fabric making repot more difficult.. The base of the plastic airpots are also raised from the ground allowing root pruning underneath where as the fabric ones arnt.

Airpot every time, the design certainly boosts root development and more importantly the pot drains fully. With a fabric pot having to rest on a surface drainage is not as efficient as with the Airpots.

^^^ Completely agree with that. I've used the Fabric pots and wouldn't use them again. Damp all the time, algae forming...nobody wants that. Air pots all the way
