What is the EC and PH of your res.
List your lighting and temperatures in your grow space.

ec is at 1.0 ph was at about 6.1-6.2 when this problem occured but knocked it down to around 5.5 now and im using 400w dual spectrum and temps around 30-32 but again at the time i first saw the leaves like that temp was up at 44 degrees C as light was way too close as i forgot to pull it away

There you have it mate, your lights were too close.
The good thing is the plant will sort it self out (assuming it is not an Auto) may just mean you give the girls an extra week of veg before you flip to 12/12

hes right bud, could tell from the photos before reading. weather is nice so need to adjust
make sure your temps are still fine buddy. i know you pulled the light away but still if thats the temp close to the light what is your temp now its been moved?
if the 30-32 c is your temp now still then look into dropping it buddy. not as easy as i say tho
would mean bigger extraction or a nice cold feed
im having difficulties myself

its a real pain this heat and temps keep hitting up in the 30's but further i pull light away less light my plants getting its a catch 22 situation may need to invest in a cool shade if this persists
