Buying a cool tube or reflector

I'm in need of a cool tube for my groom as it's getting warmer and I'm growing in the loft was wondering how much can I expect it to bring temps down? I'm using a 600w hps and temps between 29-34 I've seen 2 but don't know which is best to buy if someone doesn't mind taking a look please eBay numbers are

TBH, they both do the same thing.... I was just being picky on the wording

I use the xxxl magnum cool hood it definitely works, but couldn't say how much, it's different for each set up I've had it in, but when I was working my system out I read it helps reduce heat by 25%, I'd say that's not far wrong. For mine at least anyway.
