    Default Trying weed again?

So, the first time I did weed was in my room, I was a bit nervous I had no papers, so I loaded it in to an apple and I took a lot of hits, coughing a lot during the process.
Didn't really know what to expect, it felt like something was pushing on my head and it broke out in to a full out panic attack. I know I should have been in a better environment and not alone and should not have done so much, but I did not know at the time. After that, I got really paranoid of weed, even the smell of it would make me anxious.

However, I have managed to convince my self after a long time it was my own fault which led to the panic attack.

I want to try it again, but do not want the panic attack to happen again, the only strain I can get is Lemon Haze, I will have it in a joint, so I was wondering how many hits should I take and any tips? Also what will it feel like without a panic attack?

when I turn someone onto pot for the first time I like them to enjoy it, couple of small tokes then wait for up to 30 mins for it to fully blend with your mind, repeat until you are completly happy with yourself and your surroundings.

So couple hits, then stop. What kind of feelings should I expect from getting high?

if you are unable to form your own opinion on the subject and nor indeed understand what it is your are doing then you should simply not be doing it at all.
