Apart from a little extra stretch, they look good to me bud from that pic. As tempting as straws are, don't use them unless you see a drastic hang and it's clearly not going to support its weight. You can grow a stronger and more stable plant.

Is that HPS a dual spectrum? If not then plants might stretch a bit because despite getting twat loads of light from the HPS it's not the right type of light for this stage (set your HPS to 200w for plants that size and keep it a good metre and a half off the tops of those young plants at first) you want blue light to veg, HPS bangs out red light, which is what the plant wants when it's flowering

A fan blowing gently on them will thinken them up
As soon as they show from my dirt I got a fan on them
And try to get them auto's in there final pots as soon as fella then you can fill up to the first set of leaves

    All the best

Maybe get a metal halide bulb for the first few weeks to limit stretching then swap to your HPS.

    I wouldn't recommend dumming a 600w bulb down to 200w.
The bulb is designed to give off a certain spectrum at a set wattage, toning the ballast down to 200w doesn't give the bulb the required power, therefor giving off a worse spectrum than a bulb designed for 200w.
For the sake of £10-20 it is worth getting the extra bulb.

Autos should be in their final pots from the start, but yes, 10 litres will be okay.

Yes 10l is great. Using 20l would be a waste as the roots would not fill the pot in time.

Did you get a Metal Halide?
