    fungas gnats are pretty harmless to mature plants,they dont eat foilage they live on dead or dying root tissue,i few squirts of raid around the pot bases daily will soon break the breeding cycle........DONT SQUIRT PLANTS just around the base of pots let it breath in there as ewe do it......e.g open the groom as ewe spray,it wont harm the plants at all but it must be well ventillated for spraying + leave fans on it helps disperse the fly killer see.
