Default Flipping light cycles - how do YOU do it?

    Afternoon talkers,

I'm not far of flipping my first grow (take a look if you want.. https://www.thctalk.com/cannabis-foru...-1-8-Ball-Kush)

I have been searching the internet for advice and it seems to be like everything, everyone has there own view.

I was told to leave lights off for 24 hours before setting 12/12 to help with PFR

I want to know, how you do it.

    Thank you
    Peace

A subject over thought by many....

Just change the lighting hours to 12/12... nothing else needs to be done

I agree with MC, just flip the lights. Otherwise it would be called " slowly introducing darkness" pmsl😂😂😂😂

I've seen people do all sorts of things, 2 days of dark then 12/12. Slowly changing an hour a day for a few weeks. It's not worth it imo. Just flip that shizzle😉

It takes some effort to stress out these plants. I highly doubt they need to be "slowly" introduced to 12/12 etc.

18 hours night and morning 12 hours night, never have lights on during hottest time of day, I keep that in mind when I flip one way and the other.

I generally go from 18 or 24 hrs of light, straight to 12 hrs, never had any issues

Once the lights go off, just change your settings to 12/12. Done.
