Default Is my plant a hermie / hermaphrodite? Please help!

Total newbie here, first plant. This is the 16th day of flowering and this morning I noticed these.... and I'm not sure what they are. Any opinions?
Sorry for the bad quality pics, I took them with my phone's camera.... I can provide better ones if needed

Sorry mate, but yes you have nanas. Probably means you won't get much of a harvest as your only on day 16. Is it your only plant?

    Thanks for the quick reply!
Fortunately this isn't my only plant and I haven't noticed any nanners on the other ones... yet.
So what should I do? Dump the whole plant... or can I "pluck" them? I've heard and read about plucking male parts off... is that a viable option? And if yes, how do I do it? With a pair or tweezers?

Stick it in the bathroom window away from all other plants, and just let her grow. Waist not want not. And yes, you can pick those banana's off with your fingers or twizers.

Thanks for the useful replies, guys!
I decided to pick em off with tweezers.... I hope it's not genetic, only due to a bit of heat stress (that's an issue nowadays...)
But if they come back, I guess I'll just chuck the plant

Did you buy the seeds, use cuttings or is it bagseed?
