Default Best way to keep track of a grow?

    Hi Guys,

I recently finished my first grow (thanks in large part due to guidance provided by this community) and it went better than expected! Granted, I wasn't expecting much, but regardless

One thing that helped me in the later stages of the grow was keeping track of various information (feeding schedule, days since light cycle change, etc) so that I could easily remember when I needed to get certain things done. I am thinking that for my next grow I'll keep closer track to see if I can see how differences in conditions impact the yield from each one of the plants.

Does anyone else here keep track of their grows? If so, do you guys use a notebook or Excel or do you have a different method? I was using a notebook but I'm curious what others found works best for them.

    Alex

Hello Alex, there's no better way to keep track of a grow than a diary here at ThcTalk.. Take a look here if you haven't already https://www.thctalk.com/cannabis-foru...rowing-Diaries

If you want a general diary then yeah as stated, start one on here so you can keep track of previous work. But when it comes to things like feeding etc, I use a notepad as I don't think anyone wants to know that I fed water or nutes really, well mine anyway. So mine will say something like Friday:12/12 Sunday:Water etc for the week so I don't forget. I use Diary for overall progress

As well as a diary here I also use a cheap £ 1 calendar with seeds popped / mil of feed etc etc
    Each day ticked off
Saves boring you guys with the little things

Ive seen a few diaries here with no mention of what week or day they are on
    Horses for courses I suppose
