    Default New to growing Autos.

Hi all, so after only growing from regular fem seeds I've jumped on the auto Northern lights bandwagon. So can you tell me what light cycle to use and when do I switch from my veg nutes to bloom nutes (old timers). Am growing in canna terra pro plus under a 600w LED. Also anything else I need to know?

    Thanks guys

    Hi UK Mrs,

    Don't go less than 18/6.
Change nutes when it starts to flower. If you're growing in soil, then you shouldn't need to feed it any OT Grow as you should have enough in the soil (depending what soil you use.)

One more thing, they should be in their final pot from the start.

    Good luck with your grow.

Awesome thanks Aspie! So sprouted seeds straight into their final pots, but wont the canna terra pro soil be too hot and cause burn?

Also at what depth should I pop the sprouted seed in at, double the depth of the seed? What if they get leggy though, in a final pot I wont be able to top up the soil, I'd have to dig them out and replant them lower right?

I've never used canna terra pro, so I cannot give advice on that. Sorry.

I put my seeds in at a depth of a cm or so.
Don't allow them to get leggy. They do that when there's not enough light.

The choice is yours. I soak my seeds for 24-36 hours in water and rhizo, then straight into soil. I don't do the kitchen roll method.
