Feeding thoughts

Hi ladies and gents I need a little help with feeding
I have 3 girls same strain from same breeder
I made a mistake of feeding them the same dose 3 mil a litre of Pm bloom
2 are doing fine but the tallest in the larger pot is having a bit of a trouble

This is happening on middle leaves on 2 of the plants any advice much appreciated they are due a feed today but I'm holding off for today

This is the other plants tops that look fine just getting the same leaf discolouring on middle of the plant

Soil was bone dry
Flipped a coin and it fell on underfed and the pm feed guide says 5mil a litre at this age
Still cautious and just upped it to 4mil
Sorted now anyways
