Default Defoliation first week of flower, is it ok?

Got 3 ladies on the go about 4 days into flower, and the one is bushy as fuck! Struggling to get the watering can in to water it. Am i still ok to defoliate it in flower or will it fuck it up? Cheers

You would have been better to have done that before flipping her...

I defoliate about 4/5 days before I flip then about 2/3weeks into flower then let nature take its course obviously if there's leafs covering bud sites just try and tuck it in or out of the way if not I just whip them off just don't go to crazy good luck buddy, try shot some pics on.

I just went to town on 2 of my plants 14 days after flip and they loved it. Bushy little mutherfuckers needed a good trim.

Did you just remove a few fan leaves or did you take away some of the lower branches and stuff?
