Question on scrog- Indoor growing in limited head room.

HI I am here to seek some help here.
I am growing my first plant and I would like to ask experts if my next action will be ok or not.

my plant is abut 10 inch tall



can I cut second brunch from the top, not exactly a top?
how long should I keep my vegi stage before move to flowering stage?
can I clone the top I cut?

put more info up about your environment/room/tent etc that you're growing in.
my first impression is that you aint got enough light cos all your growth is at the top of the plant.

Hi, thanx for reply. I have a 20gal space bucket set up. 300W LED and LED tape for side light. This plant has bigger head because it was damaged over watering and it fall off after I changed my soil. New leafs are growing there but yes, its a big headed weed.
Is it ok to top this plant when it got a big of head?
