Boveda Question

Hi guys well jarred up the other night and my weed started to really smelling of citrus👍👍
But I've added 62% boveda packs into my 1 litre kilner jars and now my weed is starting to smell like wet grass but all my stems on the buds are snapping when I bend them
so the weeds dry enough so was wondering if it's the boveda packs🤔🤔
Anybody ever had this before when jarring😉😉

smell usually goes then comes back real nice mon.
mine are at about 63 an smell comin back nicely

The rh is bang on 62 mate I thought that was abit high but I know nothing😜😜
Just the first night I put them in the jars joker they started really smelling like the whole living room out then noticed the 3 jars from b&m weren't sealed properly🤣🤣
But soon as the boveda packs went in the nice smell went away☹️🤔
Burping them twice a day just now so lets see what happens mate👍👍

I'd burp a few more times if you can when home.
Every cuple hrs I usually do for the first few days
Just to be safe.the smell will come back so don't worry

Thanks erb nd not working just now so plenty of time☹️☹️so will burp every couple of hours until the smell comes👍👍

I do it more often just to be safe that's all.
Don't know if it makes a difference to end result
But I'd rather it not get too wet an sit in the jars.
After all the effort of growing it I don't want any
Moldy shit ruining it.

Did the smell get better?

I bought ten of these a couple of weeks ago on eBay. Noticed that the RH in my jars wasn't powering anywhere near the 62% that the humidity packs are suppose to reach, and also noticed that my weed was smelling like wet hay and the weed smell was fading. The humidity wasn't dropping below 75%. I put all of the packs into a jar with my hygrometers and after being in an empty jar the humidity was still at 70%! Either 3 faulty hygrometers or dud packs.
Won't be wasting money on these again
