    Default Phonic Trap Ducting

Anyone used or heard of this?

Popped into my local grow shop earlier and they were recommending it, supposedly more quieter than the standard acoustic ducting.

It's in 3 layers with the third outer layer being plastic sheeted so should stop any unwanted odours compared to the acoustic ducting with holes etc.

Phonic trap acoustic ducting is the best acoustic ducting on the market. This ducting is firstly made up from a sound absorbing material that is then surrounded by a sound absorbent foam and then wrapped in a hard wearing flexible foil.

I believe i have some, ribbed aluminum flexible ducting that can be stretched and it has a layer of insulation maybe sealed under plastic.

I need to upgrade to 8" extraction on my next grow and wondered whether it'd be worth going for this at the same time... Can't see much about it though which makes me wonder if it's that good, why aren't people raving about it?

sounds quieter and less turbulent when I press my ear up to it, for shits and giggles Ill put the outer fiberglass and coat from the acoustic ducting on the phonic ducting see how quiet it can get.
