Default Seedling drop - 4 days

Hello everybody, I would like to determine what is the reason that made the super skuk seedling to drop after being healthy on the third day after germination, now its 5 days old and here you are the situation
Germinated directly in the rock wool with Water pH adjusted to 5-6
Temp 30-35c (the weather were I live is hot and reaches the limit of 40c)
    Humidity 30 - 60 %
Light about 4000 lumens from LED bulbs

Do you it's the high temps or the light is not enough also I foind the rock wool dry when I checked it this morning?

Attached pictures to show you the seedling

It might be still ok, Can't quite see on pics. Did you have the Led sat right on top of seedling, say 1" away?.. With a fan blowing gently on to it to strengthen the stem?.. Or did the rockwool dry out and kill the seedling?

The led is about 20cm away from the seedling, and the fan is blowing gently. And I left yester day standing and the cube was wet, then when I checked it today I found the cube very dry, then when I sprayed it the stem just tried to stand up again but I think it can't left the cotyledons.

I think the seedlings have dried out, especially with them temps.. What style of growing was you going to use.. Hydro?

I was planning to put this cube in soil, becuase I have failed germinating in soil before a lot of times, so my plan was to grow the seedling for about 2-3 weeks in the cube then to the soil.

Seed in water for 36 hours, Then on a damp paper towel for 24/36 hours until tap root appears.. Then place into soil in hole around half inch deep & then sprinkle over with dry soil, Within 2 days you should have a rooted seed.. Try not to use cheap soil also..
