how hot is too hot

hi guys was looking for some addvice first time grow in tent am strugling with the heat a little (in scotland should be a one off lol)my plants seam to be slowing down tent is runing around 30deg. am starting 6th week flower girls looking great but not much progress i past few day can anyone tell me ideal temps for each stage

Every body is slightly different. Generally 26 degrees all the way through works well.
Although 30 isn't ideal its not a big problem. Anything over 32ish at week 6 is probably too much but it's still not gonna give you issues straight away. Different strains and genetics have different heat tolerances. Don't quote me on this but I believe MC has been running up to 36 degrees these past few weeks. He just doesn't look 😂 out of sight out of mind😂

Just keep your eyes open for any nanas. If you do see them, remove them carefully.

Fingers crossed you should be fine tho mate, just keep em watered and don't let them dry out to much😉

where in your tent are you getting the 30° from?
6wks into flower, stretch should have stopped and your buds should just be fattening.

thanks guys im using 1.2x1.x2m le jardin orca tent 600w hps and rihno 5"themo fan 6"fillter n 6" acoustic ducting 3 big girls in soil my humidity seems low too hovers around 40
passive intake roundthe bend u seem surprised at my tent temp why what would u expect

ive been working on my exhaust today removed 5m ducting (that i left on thinking it might reduce noise it didnt)staightened out as many kinks and corners as could reposistioned my internal fan (is only one them 4"pc fan things will upgrade )still temp is down to 27.4 ish well happy i think my temps are high because i dont have cool tube prefer parabolic for max luminums any other temp or genral tent advice gratfully accepted

temps are fine mate, id stick with parabolic. was just curious where your thermometer is thats all, you see people saying my temps are spot on and they're taking readings from a bottom corner of a tent 4ft from the light. if its 27° at canopy its fine.
