    Default paypal seed banks

    does anyone know any seed banks that accept payment via paypal of any sort? my mum is on holiday and ive only got her paypal account not credit card so i cant order any seeds it seems. I really wanna buy some seeds though. (btw im not stealing)

    Paypal will not deal with cannabis growers or, 'souvenir seed collectors', so, no there are no seed banks that can legally deal with paypal

    There was quite an informative post about this somewhere... I'll see if I can dig it out...
