I have a 50 x 50 x 100 tent stuffed in a wardrobe and from experience you won't get 3 in there without a shoehorn and some form of lube.

Its a perfect size for my needs which are very light but I can only comfortably get one reasonable sized, LST'd plant in there at a time without the plant complaining to the council about overcrowding. I've been using a 300w LED in mine with fair success. I mainly went for the LED to keep the temps down in such a small space but it gives me reasonable results.

I should probably add that LED is kind to the electricity bill too. Not as good for growing as HPS for sure but I've found it a good compromise.

Hey there mate i think you will have problems with that size of tent. I had a 60x60x120 at the start of my first grow and it was too small for my 2 plants iv upgraded it to a 80x80x160 and they are loving the extra room they have now

My grow room is 58x76x185, I grow two autos at a time (or one photoperiod) under a 250w HPS. I could, possibly, do 3 but A) it would be tight for space & B) I would be ignoring my own 100w per plant minimum advice (that's 100w HPS!)

Before I expanded my groom (LOL) I had 58x58x140 space wise & there was not a cat in hells chance I would have been able to get 3 plants in it, never mind try to grow them!

The best advice I can give you is, if you are keeping the 200w CFL stick to one plant & LST it. You'll probably get the same result as growing 2 plants but with non of the aggro of running out of space... Trust me, it'll be better all round!

I meant no offence I was just stating I had mixed reviews, no need to act like that.
And the tent size is the max size I can get for where it can go. Our flat hardly has any space at all a and I'm having to hide it at the same time.

And I'm sure I can fit a few 2L bottles in there..
I can always upgrade the lights in the future, and the tent if I can find somewhere else for it to go.
And the only reason I mentioned reddit is because that's the only other site I've been posting on.

I don't think anyones having a go at you. Its all just good natured banter. I'm in the same position as you where space is concerned and i do agree with M_C that you would get a better result with one plant in a decent sized pot and LST'd. Even with my LED i can get between 1 -2 ozs every 10 weeks ish. I did start out trying to grow two in there but they don't seem to thrive as well in such a small space as one plant grown properly. Good luck with whatever you try though

I think I'll stick with my current setup for now, and I'll upgrade as I go along. I dont mind upgrading a few times because it means I'll have spares, and if I can find somewhere else to grow I won't need to buy another complete setup.

BTW with ph'ing do u put 0.5ml the bio bizz nutrients in the water then ph it or ph it then add nutrients? Also should I follow the biobizz nute guide(quarter reccomended dose at first), or at the flowering stage do I add all 3? The nutes are confusing me abit as some people say to not even bother with top max?
