First plant. Growth stopped and leaves tips burning??

I live in Spain so the plant grows inside with no extra heat as we are getting 30'C air temp right now. Been watering it with actually drinking water (not tap) and it's stopped growing the the leaf tips are starting to die?
It's a week old tomorrow (7th August)

took the photo about 20 minutes ago, Just first plant and growing it like a normal plant. Getting edgy about it not growing now for like 4 days and leaf tips starting to go brown.
Don't know if you can see it from the photo. Might have to take another photo but with my dslr for better image

look fine mate. It's lush, not stretching and not over watered. seedlings can take a while to take off as they taking root underground ;

We bought the seed last Friday and the grow shop we bought it from offers to germinate the seed for you for Free.
So I'm counting from the time we've had the seed/plant in our household from 7 days ago today.

Edit: Could be a heavy amount of nutes in soil.

Maybe you could pop a plastic dome over it to raise humidity?

I'm not able to answer that fully as the grow shop filled our pot for us without us seeing. However I think it's this: RIZHUM NATURAL SUBSTRATE (would post link however it's only my 4th post)

Maybe I could. Soil is staying wet for longer now. Last watered it 24 hours ago and the soil round the plant is still a bit damp.
