    Damn accidentally bought a rhino pro, picking up a lumatek 400 Watt dimmable ballast and light tomorrow with 200w CFL to start things off and lastly a fantronix tt100 fan which I may swap at a later date for an rvk.

    Youll be swapping it in no time. Rvk are still the best all round fan. Cheap and chearfull they are. And remember buy cheap buy twice.

    Always ask here before taking the plunge. Youll be saving alot of £££.

    Iv wasted too much on equioment over the years.

    You're not wrong there! The fan I got isn't the quietest but it came with a load of stuff so not really that bothered. I'll give it a try in the loft instead tomorrow and see how that goes before I buy an RVK.

    Hang it with string (a bungee cord is better) from the rafters, it'll be much quieter like that...

    Will definitely try that cheers, maybe even pinch some loft insulation to wrap things in.
