Cool mate its in good health. Try and get those lights closer, 6 watts did you say?? at least get some 40watt bulbs for them. Your lower branches are not growing becaus eyour light penetration is poor.

what if i stick it in the garden with a net over it and bare slug pellets

seems also that that plant is very low in the pot this will affect your light penetration as well n regards to side lighting

I have no Idea mate , would depend on where you live and weather etc etc
