    What the worms love and how it's going to benefit your soil is two different things,kale and shit are what 90 odd percent water and Please let's not forget the worms ain't even eating the damn food anyway lol

    Look , brew some quality worm castings for 24 hrs , add 1 oz per gallon of molasses , 1 litre make 1 gallon , dilute half , feed ....

    Top dress with,compost greensand ,glacial rock dust,kelp , after a feed , and that will keep her from going into defficiencies .

    No worries mate. I'm only giving advice I would follow myself if my plants looked like yours. Touch wood I've not had a failure in 5 years.... (If I don't count the 3 weeks when I left the Mrs in charge while I was away). I wouldn't recommend that at all.

    lol Grub , just went through that a few weeks back ffs , she fried my soil plants , but excelled with the DWC ladies , lol still trying to wrap my head around that one man lol .....
