I'm getting a lot of knee pain at the moment. I need to lose weight but the knees are effecting my mobility which is why I'm looking for high cbd, however, my primary reason for growing is for my mental health so trying to strike a balance. Really interested to know how good high CBD strains actually are on pain relief.

A good old-fashioned Afghani I reckon would help you with both problems mate.
I can sympathise with the knee problems. Us big lads do suffer with them. Five surgeries for me so far and they still want to do more. - In hindsight I would never have had the first surgery as for me it's made the problem worse each time.

Regarding Nirvana, some of my best plants have come from that seedbank.

Picked my strain. I will be growing Black Jack. It's a Black Domina Jack Herer Hybrid. THC 14%-24% with a high CBD(CBN comes in at 3%). Perfect for both mental health and chronic pain. Ta for the recommendations fellas

Try Afghan Kush by World of Seeds. Great medicinal strain. It's a pure land race.

I'd like to second this. Of the admittedly few strains I've tried, this one seemed to hit me the hardest in regards to medicinal uses. Nausea vanished quicker than anything else I had tried, and it helps a lot with pain. In my experience, I would call it a winner!
